Joyce Johnson, a Pastoral Care Assistant and Registered Nurse, serves to promote the health and wholeness of our individual members, family members , and our community.
She is able to accomodate visits in the home, retirement facility, nursing home, hospital, or church office.
Her clients needs are identified to assess health issues, safety, isolation, social concerns, spiritual, and caregiver needs. She also encourages and assists with end of life planning.
Appropriate referral resources may be offered, including assistance with contacts.
