To make giving more convenient, the church has established online giving enabling anyone to contribute to the missions and ministries of the Church with a credit card or debit card.
However, we don’t encourage anyone to enter into debt in order to make a contribution.

On Sundays at First Church

You may place a check or cash in the offering plate when it is passed along the pews during worship services. Use the envelopes found in the pew folders and racks, or request your own personalized giving envelopes from Paul Anacki, Financial Administrator. As part of our worship services, we receive these gifts by passing an offering plate along the pews.

Mail or drop off your check in person at our ministry offices

First Church , 104 S. Pineapple Ave, Sarasota, 34236. Some members find it most convenient to write a check to the church monthly, as they write checks for other monthly bills and household expenses. Payments using an online bill paying service should be sent to this address as well.

Non-Cash Contributions

When making a charitable gift contribution, you may want to consider other assets as well as cash. Some assets are used for gifts because of their associated tax benefit. Notable examples are assets of long-term appreciated holdings such as Publicly Traded Securities, Closely-Held Stock, Personal Property, Charitable Lead Trusts, Appreciated Real Estate, Gifts-in-Kind, and Deferred Gifts. Please review these opportunities for gift giving to First Church with your tax advisor.

Does the church only want my money?
